Tibet Overland tour Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu ,transfer to hotel , Tibet overland group join basis tour briefing with officially arrangements.

Day 02: After breakfast, HJT representative will take your original passport for issue the Tibet Visa at Chinese Embassy Kathmandu and prepare for Tibet tour. Overnight at Kathmandu.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Kodari (4 hrs.) after immigration formalities in Zhangmu-2300 m, continue drive to Nyalam-3450m, Guest house

Day 04: Drive from Nyalam to Lhatse, Guest house

Day 05: Shigatse - Gyantse (3950 m.) tour. Overnight Hotel
After visiting the Tashilimpu Monastery, it's a short drive to Gyantse with its amazing sights - Khumbum, Palkor Chode Monastery.

Day 06: Gyantse - Lhasa (3650 m.) tour
The highlight of this day is the beautiful turquoise lake, Yamdruk - Tso. After crossing the Kamba- La and the Yarlung (Brahmaputra) River, the journey ends in Lhasa.

Day 07: Lhasa Sightseeing (visit Potala palace, Sera Monastery and Drepung Monastery)

Day 08: Lhasa Sightseeing (visit Jokhang temple and Barkhor Street/Bazaar)

Day 09: Transfer to the Lhasa gongar airport for fly to Kathmandu or onward destination.
